**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Coordination**: Oversee daily operations of interior design projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- **Team Supervision**: Manage design teams, contractors, and vendors, and ensure tasks are delegated and deadlines met.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure the project meets high-quality standards for design and materials.
- **Budget Management**: Monitor project costs and keep expenses within approved budgets.
- **Client Relations**: Communicate regularly with clients, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with final results.
- **Vendor/Contractor Management**: Hire, manage, and oversee contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with specifications.
- **Site Supervision**: Oversee project sites, ensuring work is completed as planned and on schedule.
- **Problem Solving**: Address any design, construction, or operational challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of project supervision experience, preferably in both residential and commercial design.
- **Skills**: Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) and budget management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Project supervisor - Interior design: 2 years (preferred)
