Job Summary
Our People Experience Advisor teams will strengthen employee purpose, ignite energy and elevate organization-wide performance by activating, facilitating & enhancing moments that matter. People Experience Advisor teams will activate HR products and services that enrich the lives of JLL employees whilst working with Business and HR leaders to facilitate the employee experience by coaching managers on the moments that matter throughout the employee lifecycle.
People Experience Advisor will use their Business acumen, HR expertise and local knowledge to enable Business and HR priorities. People Experience Advisor will deep dive, surface insights, and influence HR Service Delivery and HR/Talent COEs to improve and when required rebuild policies, processes, and tools that will enhance moments that matter unleashing our talents to do their best work.
Key Accountabilities
Be the data custodian for recruitment, headcount, attrition, redeployment etc.
MIS / dashboard for leadership to keep them abreast on overall process health, recruitment / headcount optimization, costs, issues, etc.
Over-see that the HR Vendor Partners plan the site visit & ensure they meet the targets, resolve employee grievance / redress employee concerns timely & efficiently.
Conduct regular HR connects alongside HR vendor partners understanding employee pulse
Coordinate quarterly and monthly review meetings between HR vendor partner and stakeholders
Develop & execute different engagement strategies both
Co-own with business E2E planning and execution of townhalls, Coffee Sessions Diversity events, roadshows
Work with different departments to generate new ideas and innovative strategies.
Drive employees' share of voice through stories / teasers /communications.
Ensure communications consistency among different stakeholders.
Develop, plan, implement and monitor the department’s internal communication strategy
COMPETENCIES / REQUIREMENTS
Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources from a reputed institute with7-10 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in real estate industry.
Ability to communicate effectively, and to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge and understanding of engagement & communications practices, tools, and techniques
Proactivity, self-motivation and the ability to meet deadlines
Creativity in developing relevant marketing & Comms content
Good excel and PowerPoint skills
Ambitious with a go-getter attitude to deliver best-in-class services in partnership with our stakeholders.
Process oriented, well versed with latest trends and their applicability for business impact.
Should be able to balance between multiple priorities, stakeholders, and cross-geographical requirements
Ability to think outside the box / creative thinking while having implementation rigor
