The Social Media Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to the company's website or other designated platforms. This role requires a creative individual with a passion for social media and a strong understanding of various platforms and their respective audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy Development:

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify trends to optimize strategies.
- Create and maintain a social media calendar.
- Content Creation and Curation:

- Create engaging and relevant content, including text, images, and videos, for various social media platforms.
- Curate and share relevant content from external sources.
- Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Platform Management:

- Manage and maintain social media profiles across various platforms
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform updates.
- Implement new social media technologies.
- Collaboration:

- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive brand message.
- Work with designers and videographers to create visual content.
- Work with influencers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication 1 skills.
- Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.

Experience: Relevant 6 months -2 years

Full time/Remote

CTC: 3.5 LPA

Immediate Joiners Preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
