**Position Overview**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Operations Executive to help manage the day-to-day activities at our sports academy. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to three years of experience who are passionate about sports and eager to work in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management/Physical Education, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Passion for working with children, particularly those with disabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Proficient in data entry, with strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Skilled in creating and maintaining reports accurately and efficiently.
- Must possess a valid driving license for both 2-wheelers and 4-wheelers.
- Strong abilities in administrative and operational tasks.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in support of individuals with disabilities.
- Ability to work in flexible hours, including weekends.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the coordination and execution of sports programs and activities for children with disabilities.
- Oversee logistics, including session schedules, venue management, and equipment inventory.
- Collaborate with coaches, volunteers, and staff to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Handle administrative tasks such as participant registrations, attendance tracking, and report generation.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for children during all sports activities.
- Assist in organizing events, competitions, and workshops for staff and volunteers.
- Maintain communication with parents and caregivers, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
