**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative & Operational Duties**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the fertility center,
- Manage Front desk team in accurate and efficient appointment booking practices, including time estimates for different services.
- Teach soft skills for patient interaction to manage expectations and handle delays professionally.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff to streamline workflows and ensure high-quality patient care.
- Maintain and manage inventory of medical supplies and consumables.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient records in the clinic management system.

**Customer Service & Patient Care**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure a patient-centric approach, providing empathetic and professional support to individuals undergoing treatment.
- Collect and manage patient feedback to improve clinic services.

**Compliance & Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including data protection
- Assist in maintaining accreditation standards and prepare for audits or inspections.
- Uphold the confidentiality and ethical standards of the fertility center.

**Team Coordination & Support**:

- Assist in training new employees on clinic policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with marketing and finance teams for billing, promotional campaigns, and budgeting.
- Address operational challenges and resolve conflicts effectively.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare or clinic operations (experience in fertility services is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using clinic management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Empathetic and patient-focused mindset.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
