**Role Summary**:
As an Operations Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. You will manage data, address escalations, and optimize processes to support the financial wellbeing of gig workers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Management**:

- Use Excel to analyze and manipulate data for reporting and decision-making.
- Prepare reports and presentations on key performance indicators and trends.

**Escalation Management**:

- Respond promptly to inquiries, complaints, and escalations.
- Investigate and resolve issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure a seamless experience for the internal team.

**Process Optimization**:

- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and streamline workflows.
- Assist in developing and implementing process enhancements.

**Compliance Adherence**:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in operations or a similar role(Optional).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
