**Requirement**:

- Ensure 100% delivery process adherence leading to good customer experience
- Demonstrate expertise in area of service management & processes, in day-to-day tasks
- Understand customer business, service management processes and associated challenges & suggest continuous improvement (CI) solutions and innovation
- Do troubleshooting /analysing and resolving problems, responsible for Trend Analysis and providing recommendations for prevention
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction with delivery improvements
- Service Escalation Management - RCA, Service Improvement plan
- Prompt in identification and highlighting risks to senior management with mitigation and remediation plan
- Occasional need to work on weekends or Non-business times based on criticality

**Required Skills**:

- B. Sc. / B. Tech / B.Engg.& MBA from a well reputed institute
- Total Experience of 12+ Years in SAP projects & services
- Expert in Delivery / Program Management for multiple customers
- Proficient in Escalation Handling, Customer Management, Service Improvements
- Capable to provide Technical expertise to the team for doing analysis and problem resolutions, acts as a mentor for the Support Team
- Must have worked for Global Customers across different industries
- Must be able to engage in critical discussion with customer and internal stakeholders
- Self-driven and dedicated to continuous learning
- Good analytical and solution-oriented thinking
- Strong interpersonal & Team collaboration skills - Work effectively in international and virtual teams
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

**Preferable Certifications**:

- PMP & ITIL Certifications
- SAP Technology Certifications
