**Job Purpose**

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- **Contract Negotiation**:

- Lead negotiations for AMCs across all telecom domains, including RAN, transport packet, optics, core equipment, RECC, IN, telecom tools, terrestrial microwave equipment, and more.
- Ensure optimal terms and conditions in contracts to achieve cost savings and value for the organization.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors.
- Evaluate and select vendors based on performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- **Financial Analysis**:

- Understand and analyze CPAEX (Capital Expenditure) and TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) to make informed procurement decisions.
- Collaborate with finance and other departments to ensure budget alignment and cost control.
- **Logistics and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with INCO terms (International Commercial Terms) for all international procurements.
- Manage logistics and ensure timely delivery of equipment and services.
- **User Management**:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure their needs are met.
- Provide support and training to users on procurement processes and tools.
- **Tool Proficiency**:

- Utilize SAP Ariba for procurement processes, including sourcing, contract management, and supplier management.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in SAP Ariba.

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management within the telecom industry.
- Inter personal skills and good communication
- Team player
- Strong negotiation skills and experience with AMCs in telecom domains.
- In-depth understanding of CPAEX, TCO, and INCO terms.
- Proficiency in SAP Ariba tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- Graduate (Engineer / IT or other streams)
