**Job Title: Network Administrator Role.**
**Location - Vikhroli Mumbai**

**Qualifications**:
BE, B. Tech, Diploma, B. Sc-IT / CompSc, BCA, MCA, or Any Graduate

**Basic Skill Set**:
Exposure to Networks Monitoring, LAN-WAN Networking skills.

"Preferable" skills: CCNA and/or equivalent Networks certificate etc.

Support : 24*7 based on requirement

Hands on experience for more than 5 years for management of Corporate LAN & WAN setup

Sound knowledge & experience of WAN protocols & technologies, IP Addressing, Static & Dynamic Routing protocols.

Sound knowledge & experiencing corporate LAN setup including Core, Distribution & Access Switches

Network management & monitoring tools & protocols

Skills, knowledge & experience in troubleshooting firsthand technical problems related to all active network infrastructure components including Core LAN & WAN devices, WAN links,

Wireless LAN, Internet Gateways (internet link load balancer),

Sound verbal & written communication skill require to effective coordination with all relevant stake holders to maintain desired level of uptime & performance of corporate network setup,

Escalate the cases & coordinate with OEM TAC for faster restoration / resolution of problems

**Key Responsibilities**:
a) Monitoring & administration of LAN/WAN/internet.

b) Health and performance monitoring (network monitoring tool to be provided by LIIPL)

c) Maintain inventory of network devices, network diagram (LAN & WAN), network rack inventory, rack key register, network rack connectivity diagram, change track register & down-time register, vendor tickets etc.

d) Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of local network equipment as per communication and networking services standard during physical and logical drawings provided by LIIPL.

e) Utilize network utilities and programs to troubleshoot networks.

f) Troubleshoot the problems of LAN/WAN/Internet beyond identifying fault.

g) Coordinate support for new network activations with designated local contact.

h) Provide and maintain contacts and procedures for reporting and / or escalating outages.

i) Liasioning for escalated, hardware-related support with 3rd party vendors.

j) Co-ordination with ISP’s in case of problems

k) Keep a track of bandwith utilization

l) Resolving the entire network related end to end problems, including all the passive and active components for all Sites.

**Salary**: ₹174,910.01 - ₹948,039.53 per year
