**Chat Support Process**:
**Eligibility Criteria**:
**Work Location: Myanmar**

**Mandatory**: Excellent communication in English Language.

1. Need to have empathetic ear and good communication skill.

2. 6 months of Chat Experience is a MUST.

4. Qualification Must Have completed 12th & Under-Graduates.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Strong Phone Contact Handling Skills & Active Listening

2. Some Experience as Client Service Executive

3. Provides Information about Products and Services

4. Updates the CRM Accurately

5. Timely Revert To Customers without any Missing Information

6. Good negotiating and convincing skills.
