**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and respond to customer queries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in lead generation by engaging potential customers and collecting relevant details.
- Provide product/service information and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Adhere to company policies and service guidelines while handling customer inquiries.
- Work in a night shift environment and manage multiple conversations efficiently.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Educational Qualification: Any Degree
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in chat support, customer service, or lead generation is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat interactions simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and customer support platforms.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
