**Job Title: Customer Support Executive - International Voice**

**Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)**

Shifts: Evening/Night (Rotational)

Working Days: 5-6 days/week

Cab: Provided (Pickup & Drop)

**Role Overview**:
**Requirements**:
Education: Graduation (any stream)

**Experience: Minimum 1 year in BPO/Customer Support (International Voice Process)**

Communication: Excellent spoken and written English

**Compensation**:
Performance Bonus: Up to ₹2,000/month

Travel Allowance: ₹1,400/month

Cab Facility: Available for night shifts

**Interview Process**:
HR Screening (Voice, Grammar, Accent)

Functional Round (Mock Call/Chat)

AMCAT (Min. Score:62/69)

Final Operations Round

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
