- Cater to diverse student needs and abilities, ensuring inclusivity.
- **Evaluation and Assessment**:

- Design and conduct tests, quizzes, and examinations.
- Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare detailed progress reports for parents and school records.
- **Resource Management**:

- Prepare teaching aids such as presentations, notes, and reference materials.
- Utilize technology and multimedia tools to enhance teaching effectiveness.
- **Skill Development**:

- Foster critical thinking, debate, and public speaking among students.
- Guide students in analyzing current political issues and systems.
- **Extracurricular Engagement**:

- Organize and oversee debates, Model United Nations (MUN), and other co-curricular activities related to political science.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest developments in political science and educational practices.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars as required by the institution.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with fellow teachers and administrative staff.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students preparing for board exams and competitive exams.

**Qualifications and Skills**

**Essential**:

- Master’s degree in Political Science from a recognized university.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent.
