Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Teaching**: Teach undergraduate and graduate-level courses in Political Science, including but not limited to Political Theory, Comparative Politics, International Relations, and Public Policy.
- **Research**: Conduct independent research in the field of Political Science, with opportunities to collaborate with faculty and students. Publication in academic journals is highly encouraged.
- **Advising**: Provide academic advising to students, guide them in their research projects, and assist them in their academic progression.
- **Service**: Contribute to departmental activities, such as curriculum development, student recruitment, faculty meetings, and university committees.
- **Mentorship**: Support and mentor students outside of the classroom in their academic and professional development.

Qualifications:
**Required**:

- **Ph.D. in Political Science** (or related field) OR **Master’s degree in Political Science** with **NET (National Eligibility Test)** qualification.
- Demonstrated expertise in one or more areas of Political Science (e.g., Political Theory, Comparative Politics, International Relations, Public Administration, etc.).
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage students effectively in both lecture and discussion formats.
- A demonstrated ability or potential to conduct and publish research in reputable academic journals.

**Preferred**:

- Teaching experience at the university level.
- Ability to teach specialized topics within Political Science, such as Political Economy, Environmental Politics, or Global Governance.
- Record of research publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Experience with curriculum development and course design.

Pay: ₹12,018.42 - ₹70,036.56 per month
