Responsibilities:

- **For PGT (Class 11-12)**: Teach advanced political science concepts, including political theory, comparative politics, Indian politics, governance, and international relations.
- **For TGT (Class 6-10)**: Introduce foundational political science concepts, including civics, government systems, fundamental rights, and democracy.
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans to build critical thinking, analytical skills, and political awareness across respective grade levels.
- Create an interactive classroom environment through discussions, debates, and case studies, encouraging students to explore current events and their impacts.
- Conduct evaluations through assessments, exams, projects, and presentations to monitor student progress and understanding.
- Provide support for students preparing for exams, offering extra resources and study sessions as needed.
- Participate in department meetings and collaborate on curriculum development to enhance the quality and relevance of the political science program.
- Organize and oversee extracurricular activities such as debates, Model United Nations, and mock elections to broaden student engagement with political topics.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of student attendance, academic progress, and grades.

Qualifications:

- **For PGT**: Master’s degree in Political Science.
- **For TGT**: Bachelor’s degree in Political Science or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Political Science teacher in secondary or senior secondary school.
- Strong knowledge of political science concepts and current events.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to inspire students to think critically and develop a genuine interest in political science.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and innovative teaching practices.
