- Offer counseling or basic emotional support to students when required, or guide them to the school counselor.
- Collaborate with other faculty members, parents, and school management for student development.
- Stay updated with new developments in psychology and pedagogy.

**Eligibility Criteria**:
**Educational Qualification**:

- Master’s Degree in **Psychology** from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is **mandatory**.

**Experience**:

- Minimum **2-5 years** of experience teaching psychology at the senior secondary level preferred.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic and student-centered approach.
- Good classroom management.
- Ability to integrate technology into teaching.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills.
