**Job Title**: PGT Psychology Teacher

**Role Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching & Curriculum Delivery**:

- Teach Psychology to Classes XI & XII in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Plan and deliver interactive, concept-based, and student-centric lessons.
- Use varied teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Conduct regular assessments, unit tests, and maintain academic records.
- Evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
- **Mentoring & Support**:

- Provide academic and emotional support to students.
- Assist in career counseling sessions and psychological wellness activities.
- **Classroom & Resource Management**:

- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
- Prepare and use teaching aids, presentations, and digital resources.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Coordinate with other faculty members and participate in school activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents during PTMs and on student progress.
- Participate in workshops, training programs, and continuous professional development.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Postgraduate Degree (M.A./M.Sc.) in Psychology.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (preferred).
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and modern pedagogical practices.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
