**Qualification**: Postgraduate in Psychology with B.Ed.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Teach **Psychology** to Classes **XI and XII** as per CBSE curriculum.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages inquiry and creativity.
- Design and administer assessments to monitor student progress and provide feedback.
- Prepare students for board exams and guide them on academic and career-related matters.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.
- Provide support in student counseling and well-being initiatives when needed.
- Postgraduate degree in Psychology (M.A./M.Sc.).
- B.Ed. from a recognized institution (mandatory).
- Prior experience in teaching Psychology to senior secondary (CBSE curriculum preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use modern teaching tools and technology effectively.
- A passion for teaching and mentoring adolescents.

**Salary**: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
