**Your Role and Responsibilities**

Your Role and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for recovering provisioning failures and will be first point of contact for any provisioning related issues. The engineer must review each provisioning request / incident and plan the activities with mínimal impact to customer environment.
- Need to have extensive experience in, Juniper EX, QFX switches and MX routers.
- Knowledge on SD-WAN solution, Juniper CSO is added advantage.
- Should identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any hardware, software or configuration related incidents observed on any equipment across network.
- Responsible for preparing Method of Procedure for any configuration changes and follow Change management procedures.
- Should have good Knowledge and working experience on Juniper Products.
- Should be skilled in Firewall and VPN troubleshooting.
- Responsible for leading any planned scheduled maintenance activities.
- Should be able to lead any incident calls with OEM technical support and provide any inputs required for restoration.
- Resolve Customer Escalations.
- Act as a key SPOC for L3 Incidents.
- Type of Experience: Global | Build and Manage | L3 SME / Architect | Strong Customer liaising skills/exp
- Certifications needed: Juniper ENT (JNCIS, JNCIP),

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT domain.

Basic/Intermediate knowledge of Network Fundamentals Good Knowledge in the use of network management protocols (e.g. SNMP Versions, SNMP Traps, SNMP MIB, Syslog, ICMP, etc.)

Schedule reports

Create custom alerts

Basic knowledge of MS SQL

Installation & Configuration of HA, Additional Polling Engine, different modules like NPM, NCM, NAM, IPAM
