Unlocking Efficient Network Solutions

The role involves collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex business challenges and find technological solutions for load balancing.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and develop technical solutions for load balancing.
  • Develop a deep understanding of load balancing and web application firewalls, and collaborate on complex problems requiring this expertise.
  • Support hybrid environments consisting of on-prem and cloud deployments, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
  • Design and implement network infrastructure components, including testing iterations of hardware, configurations, Virtual Editions, and software (code upgrades) in lab environments.
  • Develop scripts or resolve support issues, automate infrastructure deployment, and collect metrics to optimize network performance.
  • Provide low-level technical documentation of network solutions and serve as an expert trusted advisor for software teams, infrastructure teams, and external vendors.
  • Experience designing and supporting network infrastructure components is essential.
  • Familiarity with F5 LTM, GTM, APM, IPI, WAF, HAProxy, Splunk, TCP/IP protocols, and security threat vectors is expected.
  • Knowledge of programming languages like shell scripting, Perl, or Python, as well as basic Linux operations, is necessary.
