**Your Role and Responsibilities**

You will be responsible for recovering provisioning failures and will be first point of contact for any provisioning related issues. The engineer must review each provisioning request / incident and plan the activities with mínimal impact to customer environment
- Need to have extensive experience in Palo Alto firewalls, experience Cisco firewalls.
- Should identify, troubleshoot and resolve any hardware, software or configuration related incidents observed on any equipment across network.
- Responsible for preparing Method of Procedure for any configuration changes, and follow Change management procedures.
- Should have good Knowledge and working experience on Cisco, Palo Alto Security Products (Firewall & IPS) is an added advantage.
- Should be skilled in Firewall and VPN troubleshooting.
- Responsible for leading any planned scheduled maintenance activities.
- Should be able to lead any incident calls with OEM technical support and provide any inputs required for restoration.
- Resolve Customer Escalations.
- Act as a key SPOC for L3 Incidents.
- Type of Experience: Global | Build and Manage | Tech Lead / Architect | Strong Customer liaising skills/exp
- Certifications needed: CCNP Security, Palo alto Network security certification

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- 5+ years of experience with architecting or administrating WAN/LAN network systems
- 2+ years of experience with VMWare networking tools (NSX-T)
- 3+ years of experience architecting and documenting network solutions in one or more public clouds (GCP, AWS, Microsoft Azure, IBM Cloud),
- Experience with software-defined networking (Overlay and NFV)
- Experience with IPv4, IPv6, SR-MPLS SR-V6 EVPN etc. across a global distributed network
- Strong understanding of L2/L3 switching and routing protocols
- Experience with DMZ network infrastructure including topology, security policies, firewalls and the L2/L3 switch and router infrastructure
- Experience with network security and design (including firewall and intrusion detection and prevention)
- Familiar with Juniper and/or Cisco switches, routers and firewalls

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- Familiar with Kubernetes or OpenShift
- Familiar with scripting languages (e.g. shell scripting, python, perl, etc) to support network automation
- Familiar with Ansible or Terraform
- You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
- Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
- Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
