About the Role
To provide robust administrative support for the smooth running of the Protective Security and Fire Safety program across ANZ Bengaluru Facilities.
Provides support to the Protective Security Program in key areas of vendor invoicing, procurement, contracts, events/trainings coordination, compliance, audits/reviews, system/equipment health and data management.

What will your day look like?
**Key Accountabilities**:
**1. Finance Management**:
Track expenditures, raise POs, and provide monthly provisions.
Monitor contract renewals and review budget spends for cost efficiency.
Maintain stocks of consumables and track usage.
**2. Customer Satisfaction**:
Ensure user convenience within policy guidelines.
Provide timely updates on security, vendor performance, and financials.
Address user requests and escalations promptly.
**3. Process, Risk, and Compliance**:
Recommend risk remediation plans and simplify processes.
Automate workflows and maintain compliance documentation.
Prepare for audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
Monitor security systems and coordinate third-party maintenance.
Manage fire drills, vendor governance, and operational reports.
**4. People Management**:
Build strong stakeholder relationships and support team welfare.
Ensure timely wages, uniforms, and leave balance management.
Comply with wage laws and promote team collaboration.
What will you bring?
**Must Have Knowledge, Skills, and Experiences**:
Knowledge of Security Standards and Certifications.
Familiarity with Labour Law/State Shops and Commercial Establishments Act applicable to the Security Industry.
Comprehensive understanding of Fire Safety Regulations and India's National Building Code.
Expertise in Electronic Security Technology and Fire Safety systems, with the ability to oversee and improve vendor performance.
5-10 years of experience in Corporate Security Management and understanding of organizational business functions.
Strong knowledge of Security Risk and Control environments, with the ability to design templates/metrics to track Security Control effectiveness.
Certifications or training in Electronic Security Technology.
Graduate degree required.
