**Job Purpose**

**Job Responsibility**
- Serve as the first point of contract for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring, a welcoming and professional environment.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering and directing calls, handling correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
- Coordinate with facility management for office maintenance, repairs, and procurement of office supplies.
- Maintain and update office inventory records, ensuring adequate stock of supplies.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Organize and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Support HR or management teams in onboarding new employees and organizing company events.
- Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and within designated timeframes.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the reception area and other common areas.
- Prepare and submit basic reports, as requested by management.

**Skills, Experience and Qualification Required**
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suit (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- Strong organizational and Multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude and a professional attitude.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:
