**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers in international markets (e.g., US, UK, Australia) to promote and sell products/services.
- Build strong rapport with prospects to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally and effectively.
- Maintain an updated database of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences, product improvements, and market trends.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in international markets.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is an advantage.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of cultural nuances in international communication.

Pay: ₹20,086.00 - ₹41,432.89 per month

- Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
