**Collection Executive - Thane / Airoli for MENA office**

**Requirements**:

- Attending Inbound calls and helping customers in dispute resolution, making payments, sharing statements, etc.
- Collect the delinquent amount from the customer over the phone or take promises from them on making the payment
- Should be able to effectively communicate while providing quality customer service as well as actively pursue knowledge of skills and tools to be used in all collection efforts.
- Negotiate with customers to ensure they can make their account current.
- Work with the team members and the team lead to ensure the team meets the targets month on month.

**Required Skills**:

- Must be Graduate. DRA Certified preferable
- Minimum 1 year of experience handling calls related to collection queries/Service.
- Understanding about Write off portfolio will be a plus
- Good Team player
