**Job Title**: Collections Executive (First Party Collections)

**Process**: Credit Card Collections (US Process)

**Location**: Thane

**Job Role**:

- Manage outbound collections operations for a US-based credit card collection process.
- Effectively handle customer interactions to recover overdue payments while maintaining professional standards.

**Salary**:
**Work Details**:

- **Workdays**: 5 days per week.
- **Shift Timings**: US Shifts (night shifts).
- **Week Offs**: Rotational (any 2 days off per week).

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: SSC / HSC / Graduate.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in an International BPO is mandatory.
- **Communication Skills**: Good to excellent verbal communication skills are required.
- **Age Limit**: Maximum 37 years.

**Travel and Allowances**:

- **Travel Boundaries**:

- Kurla to Kalyan.
- Kurla to Nerul.
- Only Mira Road.
- **Travel Benefits**: Centralized pickup and home drop services are provided.

**Note**: This position requires individuals with a professional approach, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to meet collections targets effectively.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- US shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
