**Brief Job Description**:
**Contacting customers**: The telecollection executive contacts customers by phone to collect overdue payments.

**Following up with customers**:The telecollection executive follows up with customers to ensure they are making payments on time.

**Resolving queries**:The tele-collection executive resolves customer queries and negotiates payment arrangements.

**Qualification & Experience** - UG or grad - Tele collections experience preferred (can sales profiles, if they are keen on collections.

**Office working hours**:9:30 onwards (end time depending on work requirement)
