**Key Responsibilities**

**Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**:

- Build, nurture, and maintain relationships with HNIs, NRIs, five-star hotels, and corporate clients.
- Identify and onboard new clients by leveraging personal networks, referrals, and strategic outreach.

**Sales Execution**:

- Present and pitch luxury floral solutions tailored to client preferences and high-end requirements.
- Develop and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for luxury floral arrangements and event decorations.

**Luxury Branding and Service Excellence**:

- Ensure the brand's values of exclusivity, luxury, and superior service are upheld during every interaction.
- Coordinate with the design and operations team to ensure timely delivery and flawless execution of floral arrangements and decorations.

**Event and Project Coordination**:

- Liaise with clients to understand event themes, color palettes, and unique requests.
- Provide end-to-end support for floral arrangements at events and celebrations, ensuring perfection in execution.

**Market Intelligence**:

- Stay updated on luxury trends in the floral and events industry.
- Keep track of competitors and provide insights on enhancing the brand's positioning.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proven experience (4+ years) in luxury sales, event management, or a related field.
- Strong network within HNI, NRI, and corporate communities or five-star hospitality sectors.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and cater to luxury customer preferences with a high attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Knowledge of floral design and event decoration trends is a plus.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
