**Job Description: Field Sales and Payment Collection Executive**

**Location**: Thane, Kalyan, Dombivli, Ulhasnagar, Ambernath, Karjat, Titwala, Vasind, Shahpur, Navi Mumbai

**Key ResponsibilitiesSales Activities**
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and approach potential customers within the assigned regions.
- **Sales Visits**: Conduct regular visits to retail shops, distributors, and businesses to promote products and services.
- **Product Demonstration**: Provide detailed product knowledge and demonstrations to customers.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the organization.
- **Customer Relationships**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

**Payment Collection**
- **Invoice Follow-up**: Coordinate with clients to ensure timely payment of invoices.
- **Collection Visits**: Visit clients to collect overdue payments and provide receipts as needed.
- **Record Maintenance**: Accurately document all collections and update records on a daily basis.
- **Payment Disputes**: Address and resolve any payment-related issues or discrepancies.

**Market Analysis and Reporting**
- **Competitor Analysis**: Gather insights on competitors' activities and market trends.
- **Feedback Collection**: Understand customer needs and report valuable feedback to the management.
- **Daily Reporting**: Submit daily sales and collection reports to the supervisor or manager.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum HSC (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in field sales or payment collection.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- **Languages**: Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is essential.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Own a two-wheeler with a valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of the local geography of assigned areas.

- Honest, reliable, and disciplined.

**Additional Information**
- Reporting to: Sales Manager or Collection Supervisor.
- Work Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
- Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (flexible based on fieldwork).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:
