**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Cold Calling**:

- Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services.
- Generate leads through outbound calls and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- **Product Knowledge & Communication**:

- Understand and communicate the features and benefits of the company's products and services effectively.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections with clarity and professionalism.
- **Sales Conversion**:

- Convert prospects into customers by identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address post-sale concerns.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of all interactions, sales, and feedback in the CRM.
- Provide regular updates and sales reports to the management team.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in tele sales or a related field preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce).
- **Core Skills**:

- Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales effectively.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Resilient and able to handle rejection constructively.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Number of calls made per day/week.
- Conversion rate of leads to sales.
- Revenue generated from tele sales.
- Customer retention and satisfaction scores.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
