**Housekeeping Staff (Male and Female)**

**Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India**

**Job Description**:
We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as Housekeeping Staff for both apartments and office spaces in Bangalore. As a member of our housekeeping team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within the premises, ensuring a pleasant environment for residents and employees alike.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Cleaning Facilities and Common Areas: Ensure that all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and reception areas, are kept clean and presentable at all times.

2. Vacuuming: Regularly vacuum carpeted areas to remove dust, dirt, and debris, maintaining a neat appearance throughout the premises.

3. Trash Collection and Disposal: Collect trash from designated areas and dispose of it properly in accordance with waste management guidelines.

4. Assisting Guests: Provide assistance to guests by fulfilling their water and other basic requirements promptly and courteously.

5. Basic Maintenance: Handle minor maintenance tasks as needed, such as replacing light bulbs, fixing door handles, and addressing other small repairs to uphold the overall functionality of the premises.

6. Restroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize restrooms regularly, ensuring that they are well-stocked with essential supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.

7. Multitasking: Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing responsibilities based on urgency and importance.

8. Deep Cleaning: Perform deep cleaning tasks on weekends to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the premises. This may include thorough cleaning of carpets, upholstery, and other surfaces.

**Qualifications**:
1. Education: No specific educational requirements are necessary for this position. However, a high school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.

3. Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Housekeeping duties may require manual labor and repetitive motions.

4. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and maintenance of all areas within the premises.

5. Reliability: Dependable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility towards fulfilling assigned duties consistently.

6. Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to interact with residents, guests, and fellow staff members in a professional and courteous manner.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
