Job Opening: Housekeeping Executive

Position Details:

- Proficiency in Nepali is beneficial.
- Role: Housekeeping Executive
- Location: Orchid tree Wellness Retreat
- Work Hours: 10 hours per day, with a weekly half-day off
- Salary: ₹15,000
- Accommodation: Provided; food preparation is the responsibility of the employee

Key Responsibilities:

- Room Maintenance: Ensure all guest rooms are clean, well-organized, and equipped with the necessary amenities.
- Public Area Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including hallways, reception, and shared spaces.
- Inventory Management: Track and manage housekeeping supplies and inform management of restocking needs.
- Guest Assistance: Address guest requests related to room services promptly and professionally.
- Sensitization Standards: Uphold high hygiene and cleanliness standards to provide guests with a comfortable and safe stay.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a housekeeping role, preferably in a resort, retreat, or similar hospitality setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within the allotted time.

Compensation:

- Monthly salary of ₹15,000 with potential for performance-based incentives.
- Accommodation provided; meals to be prepared by the employee.
