**MIS Executive / coordinator**

Should be Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in Sales MIS, with finance Sector will be an advantage.

Prior experience in Banking, NBFC Industry (Asset or Liabilities), Trading, stock market or logistic will be preferred.

Advance MS Excel with knowledge of VLOOKUP, Hlookup, Pivot Table, charts and MS Access.

Would be responsible for:

- Primary Sales and Secondary Sales data MIS preparation.
- Daily Sales Performance (sales flash report) HQ wise, product wise.
- Sales Progression Primary Data Report
- Sales comparison data last year to current year
- Generating MIS reports on Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis and sharing it to all concern at required frequency.
- Communicating and coordinating for data management.
- Tracking and compilation of Monthly primary and secondary sales.
- Plan vs. Actual Report, Tour Plan Report, Field Work Report Monthly.
- Connect Report (Performance Report of the Field Team)
- Preparation of Power point presentation Sales performance report (as per demanding GM Quarterly or Monthly)
- Preparation of MIS reports as per requirement as instructed time to time

**Duties and Responsibilities -**

Ø Achieving & exceeding Business reports including goals and targets for product oriented sells. Report mechanism of referral network, brokers and generating business from them.

Ø Assigned responsibility to sales executives and monitor the performance.

Ø Identification of good areas to operate and customer profiles.

Ø Effectively engage Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across locations.

Ø Managing the Delinquency of the business sourced to ensure health of portfolio.

Ø Manage the Distribution through Direct, referral and their concerns in an appropriate manner ,
