Job Title: Preschool Franchise Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the onboarding process for new franchisees, including coordinating training sessions and providing ongoing support.
- Manage franchisee relationships, including addressing questions and concerns and ensuring compliance with franchise agreements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new franchisees and promote the brand.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to franchisees and franchise agreements.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management and franchisees as needed.
- Coordinate logistics for franchise events, including trade shows and conferences.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and best practices for franchisees.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in franchise management or related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software preferred.
- Familiarity with the early childhood education industry preferred.

This is a full-time position, and the Preschool Franchise Assistant will work Monday through Friday during regular business hours. **Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
