- Responsibilities_
- _Operate in a dynamic and deadline-driven environment_
- _Communicate with the Global Clients on calls as required for the collection of Premiums and Claims_
- _Perform with good processing skills and a positive, ‘can do” attitude_
- _Follow up on customer/internal disputes, customer questions and working between departments to get a resolution._
- _Reconcile orders to match customer books, including validating credits or debits and sending them to customer for collection or refund_

- _Relevant experience_
- _Deep dive understanding, research, and ability to perform day-to-day operations while maintaining SLA_

- Preferred qualifications & experience_
- _Relevant work experience in finance/accounting business/ process_
- _Good knowledge of using MS Office tools; preferably advanced excel knowledge_
- _Proficient in English language
- both written and oral; above average comprehension skills_
- _Prior London Market experience will be an added advantage_
- _P&C Insurance experience_
- _Preferred Certification from CII (Chartered Insurance Institute), London, UK - LM1, LM2 & LM3_
