This position is part of the _Repair Centre, Customer Care_ and will be located in _Gurugram._

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Receive of equipment and parts in Repair Centre and complete the documentation, related to the process along with completing the activities in SAP.
- Issue spare parts in regular cadence and maintain the inventory accurately. Data, related to Repair Centre processes need to be updated on daily basis.
- Manage shipping process of equipment and spare parts by identifying, packing, and loading with documentation.
- ** Possible Secondary Activities (based on the volume of the main activity)**
- Verification, calibration, and repair of Cepheid instrument to ensure the reliability of the diagnostics performed.
- ** The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Diploma/Degree in Engineering having 1 - 3 years of relevant experience
- Prior knowledge in SAP, Salesforce, and MS-Office will be preferred
