4. Handling all after - sale inquiries from Quotations to payments relative ,concerned with

the freights ,etc

5. Care for every mail regarding any query and take responsibility for the soonest and most

accurate action through me or the relative department.

6. Take care of prior /urgent dispatches by putting reminders to the concerned person till

the time of dispatch.

7. Providing necessary details to the production team through regular follow - ups which

helps to bring out improvement during their MIS.

8. Providing necessary data to the sales excellence team at their convenience which wil be

helpful to achieve their targets and goals.

9. Regular coordination with different departments like outsourcing, packaging ,etc.

10. Payments issues against the fresh orders I have to maintain.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
