A Hospital Linen Management Supervisor oversees the entire hospital linen process, ensuring efficient operations, hygiene, inventory control, and staff management. Key duties include supervising & managing linen supplies and distribution, training personnel, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and safety regulations. The role is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency, cleanliness, and cost-effectiveness within the hospital. Key Responsibilities
- **Staff Management**: Recruit, train, and supervise laundry and linen staff, conduct performance reviews, manage schedules, and address disciplinary matters.
- **Operational Oversight**: Direct daily linen operations, ensure timely collection of soiled linen and distribution of clean linen, and maintain a smooth workflow.
- **Inventory & Supplies**: Manage and monitor linen inventory, and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained across departments.
- **Quality Control**: Implement and enforce high standards of cleanliness and quality for all linens, inspecting items for defects and addressing issues promptly.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- **Leadership & Supervision**: Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex operations.
- **Experience**: Previous supervisory experience within a hospital laundry department is often a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
