Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback.

2. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control protocols, and regulatory requirements.

3. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, workflows, and quality control measures.

4. Monitor cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory.

5. Conduct patient room, common area, and operating room inspections.

6. Address patient and staff concerns regarding housekeeping services.

7. Collaborate with Infection Control and other departments.

8. Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

9. Manage budget and resources efficiently.

10. Maintain accurate records and reports.

**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. 2-3 years of housekeeping supervision experience, preferably in healthcare.

3. Certification in healthcare housekeeping.

4. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

5. Basic computer knowledge.

We Also seek an experienced Patient Caregiver Supervisor to oversee patient care services, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care for patients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise patient caregivers, providing guidance, training, and feedback.

2. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

3. Coordinate patient care services, including vital signs, bathing, and feeding.

4. Monitor patient satisfaction and address concerns.

5. Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams.

6. Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

7. Manage budget and resources efficiently.

8. Maintain accurate records and reports.

**Requirements**:
1. Nursing diploma or associate's degree.

2. 2-3 years of patient care supervision experience.

3. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

4. Basic computer knowledge.
