Responsibilities:

- **Team Management**:

- Recruit, hire, and train housekeeping staff.
- Assign daily tasks and schedules to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching.
- Address employee concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- **Cleaning and Maintenance**:

- Inspect office spaces, including common areas, restrooms, and individual offices, to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards.
- Identify and address maintenance issues promptly, such as leaky faucets or damaged flooring.
- Oversee the inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies.
- Implement and enforce cleaning procedures and protocols.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Implement quality control measures to prevent issues.
- Analyze feedback from office occupants and implement necessary improvements.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Prepare reports on staffing, supplies, and maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate records of staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
- Comply with all safety and health regulations.
- **Special Projects**:

- Coordinate cleaning and preparation for special events or meetings.
- Assist with move-in or move-out procedures, including cleaning and organizing vacated spaces.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a housekeeping supervisor or similar role in a corporate office setting.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.

**Additional Skills (preferred)**:

- Experience with commercial cleaning equipment.
- Certification in housekeeping or related field.
- Knowledge of green cleaning practices.
