Life Circle Senior Services offers home nurses and caregivers for elderly patients, along with services such as Doctor on Call, physiotherapy services, and medical equipment for rent and sale.

Job Title**:Quality and Training Executive**

**Location**: Hyderabad, Chanda Nagar

**Job Summary**:
Responsible for maintaining care quality standards, client satisfaction, and workforce development at Life Circle. This role involves overseeing quality assurance, managing training programs, handling client interactions, and ensuring the integration of quality systems into mobile apps.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Align care standards with the Quality Council of India and international practices.
- Develop and update disease-specific protocols and training resources.
- Manage complaints and feedback, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Review training for Health Workers and ensure proper placement processes.
- Ensure training materials are available on the mobile app and collaborate with IT for improvements.
- Monitor and report incidents (falls, infections, abuse, etc.).
- Conduct regular Care Manager meetings and prepare quality reports.
- Oversee trainer performance and provide necessary training.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in healthcare quality or training management.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare protocols and training systems.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and mobile app integration.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
