Position Overview:
**Qualification Required**: MBA

**Experience**: 1-2 Years of experience handling process

**Responsibilities**:
**Activities to be executed on the Staff front**
- Updating of the documents of newly joined staff and their verification reports
- Monitoring the real time attendance of the staff, manually also on a daily basis and randomly cross check with the clients on the same. Sort out the issues of discrepancies in the attendance.
- Manage the financial aspects concerned to the home health workers like their monthly payments, deductions if any, shift rates. Ensure timely payment is done by working with the Finance team.
- Follow the process involved in the deployment of the staff.
- Data updating on the staff details like termination of any staff, data changes or bank account updating for the health workers, leave updating, replacements for planned leaves.

**Activities to be executed on the Clients front**
- Document new enrollments, placement or replacements follow up
- Update service status, follow up the refund process etc
- Follow up the payment collections from the client
- Deposit the payments to the bank. Maintain monthly cash flow sheet

**Skills required**
- Comfort in using technology

- Comfort in using smart phone
- Independent working skills
- Keen interest to learn the process and execute the job with precision

**Job Type**: Full-time, based out of Chandanagar, Hyderabad. No work from home option available.

**Remuneration**:22,000/- to 25000/- CTC. Incentives based on performance are above this CTC.

**Salary**: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
