**Key Roles & Responsibilities**
- **Order Management**:

- Process customer orders in SAP accurately and within timelines.
- Coordinate with dispatch and warehouse teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Monitor order status, cancellations, and modifications as per client or internal requirements.
- **Billing & Documentation**:

- Generate invoices and delivery challans through SAP.
- Ensure all billing documents are verified, printed, and filed properly.
- Cross-check billing data with physical dispatch and ensure correctness before submission.
- **MIS & Data Preparation**:

- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for orders, dispatches, and stock.
- Prepare and share data summaries, performance trackers, and exception reports.
- Assist management with analytical data and reports for operational review.
- **SAP & System Operations**:

- Update inward/outward entries, stock adjustments, and order postings in SAP.
- Ensure system data accuracy, timely posting, and coordination with IT/support for issue resolution.
- Perform stock reconciliation between SAP and physical inventory.
- **Communication & Coordination**:

- Handle daily mail communication with clients, transporters, and internal departments.
- Coordinate with accounts and logistics teams for smooth workflow execution.
- Eway Bill management.
- **Warehouse & Floor Support**:

- Assist in physical activities such as loading/unloading if required during peak operations.
- Assist in Monthly/Quarterly/Annually Stock counting.
- Support warehouse team in stock verification, labeling, and segregation of material.
- Ensure adherence to warehouse safety and operational protocols.
- **General Responsibilities**:

- Maintain filing systems for all documents and PODs systematically.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational SOPs.
- Support other administrative and operational activities as assigned by management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
