**Responsibilities: -**:

- Monitor operations of assigned project/program at Sitapur.
- Documentation & Data Analytics.
- Feedback gathering, compilation and reporting.
- Coordinate with content development team
- Train/orient expansion team on operations.
- Community mobilization
- Tool development, manual preparations, official permissions, meetings.
- Event planning and execution.
- Mentoring of field team
- Identify area of team capacity development and help in expansion of program.
- Tapping local resources necessary for smooth functioning and betterment of the program.
- Facilitate/Plan & guide field team for executing tests/baseline - endline assessments.

**Note**: Should be able to take up additional tasks/responsibilities assigned to them as per project requirement.
