Incharge Veneer Production

**Role & responsibilities: Production In-charge of Veneer Manufacturing**:
Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the production unit

Ensure efficient utilization of resources, including manpower, machinery, and raw materials

Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards of product quality

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency

Manage and motivate the production team, providing training and development opportunities

Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to align production with customer demands

Maintain accurate production records and generate reports for management

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Production) or a related field

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the wood products or manufacturing industry

Strong technical knowledge of production processes, machinery, and quality control

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Proficient in using production management software and tools

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
