**Qualifications**: Any post graduate preferably MBA/MSW.

Location - Sitapur

**Responsibilities**:
Monitoring the daily progress of projects.

Providing detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders.

Managing external stakeholders/partners.

Financial management and Project Budgeting.

Ordering necessary supplies for assigned programs and ensuring end to end bookkeeping.

Ensuring team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time.

Data Analytics and Reporting

Planning meetings and conducting weekly/fortnightly/ monthly project reviews.

**Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for working closely with team members and managers and effectively managing problems as they occur.

**Leadership**: As the primary point of contact for team members, you must be able to provide guidance, feedback, and encouragement for the achievement goals.

**Organization and time management**: Managing the daily activities and needs of an entire team requires an excellent ability to multi-task and effectively manage time.

Problem solving and conflict management at the preliminary levels.

Recognize the need for capacity building and trainings for the team and ensuring such activities are held as required or at regular intervals.

Organize sessions, functions, celebrations as per project requirement.
