**About the Role**:
As a Telecaller Team Leader for an NGO process, you will be responsible for overseeing and motivating a team of telecallers to achieve fundraising targets. You will play a crucial role in driving the success of the organization's fundraising initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Management**:

- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of telecallers.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support to team members.
- Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Address team issues and conflicts promptly and effectively.
- **Fundraising**:

- Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies and tactics.
- Set and track team performance metrics to ensure achievement of fundraising goals.
- Analyze fundraising data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve maximum fundraising results.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and guidelines.
- Monitor call quality and provide feedback to team members.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes.
- **Donor Relations**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with donors.
- Address donor inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare regular reports on team performance, fundraising results, and donor engagement.
- Analyze and present data to stakeholders.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: 12th grade completed
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in Kannada is essential
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team of telecallers or in a similar role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of fundraising principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Passion for the NGO's mission and a commitment to social impact.

**Additional Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a non-profit organization.
- Knowledge of telemarketing best practices.
- Experience with donor relationship management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
