**Key Responsibilities**
- **Technology Strategy & Vision**:

- Define and lead the company’s technical strategy aligned with business goals.
- Evaluate and implement new systems, tools, and technologies to improve products and services.
- Drive innovation and ensure the company stays ahead of technological trends.
- **Product & Engineering Leadership**:

- Lead product development lifecycle from concept through delivery and support.
- Oversee architecture, scalability, performance, and security of platforms and products.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing engineering, DevOps, and QA team.
- **IT Infrastructure & Operations**:

- Ensure robust, secure, and scalable IT infrastructure.
- Supervise the implementation and management of cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
- **Security & Compliance**:

- Oversee the development and enforcement of cybersecurity strategies and policies.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards (GDPR, ISO, etc.).
- **Collaboration & Leadership**:

- Work closely with CEO, COO, and other executives to align technical initiatives with business objectives.
- Represent the technology team in board meetings and investor presentations.
- **Budgeting & Vendor Management**:

- Plan and manage the technology budget.
- Evaluate, negotiate, and manage relationships with technology vendors and partners.

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Ph.D. a plus).
- Proven experience (15+ years) in a senior technology leadership role, ideally within an IT services, SaaS, or enterprise software company.
- Deep knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, cybersecurity, DevOps, and data architecture.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Lean software development methodologies.
- Track record of scaling teams, systems, and processes in a growth-focused company.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.
- Global exposure and experience working with distributed teams preferred.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in AI/ML, blockchain, or IoT technologies.
- Exposure to M&A or startup/scaleup environments.
- Strong industry network and thought leadership.

Pay: Up to ₹200,000.00 per month
