About Colca.ai
Colca.ai is building an AI-powered B2B sales automation platform designed to help companies achieve their sales goals faster and smarter. We automate SDR workflows end-to-end: lead research, email outreach, engagement, hyper-realistic cold calls, meeting scheduling — all powered by AI.
We are an early-stage startup with an MVP ready and initial traction with early users. Now, we’re looking for a technical cofounder to join at the ground level and help take the product to the next stage.
Role Overview:
As CTO / Technical CoFounder, you will:
- Lead architecture, product development, and AI infrastructure
- Build and manage the engineering roadmap and future team
- Collaborate closely with the CEO on technical strategy and product vision
- Ensure the product is scalable, reliable, and secure
- Work with early customers to iterate quickly on feedback
- This is a cofounder-level role, giving you significant equity and ownership, and the opportunity to shape the company from the ground up.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in AI/ML, SaaS, or B2B automation
- Strong background in backend architecture, cloud (AWS/GCP), and DevOps
- Familiarity with AI/ML pipelines, data handling, and automation workflows
- Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable in early-stage, fast-moving startups
