**JOB SUMMARY**:
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and execute test plans, test scripts, and test cases for Workday Financials modules (e.g., Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Order to Cash, Expenses, Banking, and Projects).
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Validate business processes, integrations, reports, and configurations within Workday Financials.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Identify, document, and track defects using established tools and processes.
- Support end-user testing activities, including UAT planning and execution.
- Ensure testing aligns with business objectives, project timelines, and release schedules.
- Participate in testing of Workday updates and new releases to assess impact on existing configurations and processes.

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 3-6 years of hands-on experience as a Workday Tester or Functional Analyst with a focus on Workday Financials.
- Strong understanding of core financial processes (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Banking, Assets, and Projects).
- Experience in creating and maintaining test documentation and using test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, or Zephyr).
- Knowledge of Workday integrations and report testing.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
